S’idor Luxury was tasked with transforming a 4,000-square-foot penthouse into a modern, luxurious living space that exudes elegance and comfort. The client desired a contemporary design with a blend of minimalism and sophistication, reflecting their lifestyle and personality.
Design Concept:
- Living Room: We created an open-concept living area featuring floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize natural light. The space was furnished with custom-made Italian leather sofas, a sleek marble coffee table, and a statement chandelier that adds a touch of glamour. Neutral tones with gold accents were used to maintain a serene yet luxurious ambiance.
- Kitchen: The kitchen was redesigned to be both functional and stylish, with high-end appliances, a large marble island, and custom cabinetry. We chose a monochrome color scheme with stainless steel fixtures for a clean, modern look.
- Master Bedroom: The master bedroom was designed as a peaceful retreat with a plush king-sized bed, soft lighting, and a walk-in closet. We incorporated rich textures, such as velvet drapes and silk bedding, to enhance the luxurious feel.
- Bathroom: The en-suite bathroom features a spa-like atmosphere with a freestanding bathtub, rainfall shower, and marble finishes. Ambient lighting and underfloor heating add to the comfort and luxury.
- Dining Area: The dining area is a blend of sophistication and intimacy, with a custom-made dining table, velvet-upholstered chairs, and an artful light fixture that sets the tone for elegant dinners.
- Study: A quiet study area was created with bespoke shelving, a hardwood desk, and ergonomic seating. The space is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, perfect for productivity and inspiration.
